Most items that we carry in our rotating inventory are unique, therefore when you see something of interest, we would suggest that you to contact us. Our online inventory is constantly updated to reflect availability, but sales can happen quite quickly. Please refer to our Contact Us section for contact information.

We strive to answer all e-mail inquires within three days, but please call us directly if you require immediate assistance.

Placing an Order
If you're interested in an item, add it to your inquiry list by clicking the "add to inquiry list" link below each item. After you've filled your inquiry list, click on the "Inquiry list" link in the left-hand menu and select the "Mail inquiry list" option to send the inquiry list to our staff, or call us directly. Please refer to the inventory number of the given item when making an inquiry. The inventory number is automatically captured when using the inquiry list feature of our site.

Currently our website cannot automatically process online orders and payments.

Shipping
We'll ship to virtually any destination in the world, and all shipping costs are based on the destination. We use a variety of shippers, dependent upon what is being shipped, and the destination. Due to the varied and unique nature of the items we carry, shipping carriers and modes will vary. For specific shipping details on an item, or shipping quotes, please contact us.

Shipping costs are not included in the item price.

Packing
All of our items are professionally packed and/or crated onsite, to ensure their safe arrival. If specialised crating is required, the crating fees will be quoted.

Payments
We accept all commercially reasonable forms of payment, such as major credit cards, (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), cheques, money orders, and certified bank drafts. Items paid using cheques will be held until the funds have cleared the banking systems.

Terms of Sale
All items must be paid for in full before delivery. Layaways and payment plans are available - please inquire.

All prices are subject to readjustment according to market values.

Sales Tax
The buyer is responsible for any possible customs, duties, brokerage, or tax charges incurred when items are shipped. Items being shipped within Canada will have the GST applied, and items shipped within BC will have both the GST and PST amount applied to the purchase. Items shipping to the US and outside Canada are exempt from both the PST and GST.

We stand by the products that we carry with a 100% guarantee. If the item was misrepresented, it may be returned to us within a reasonable amount of time, in the exact condition that it originally left us, for a full refund minus the shipping charges.
